Late Rent: If Tenant fails to pay rent in full more than 3 days after the due date, the following penalty will be assessed: A late fee of fifteen dollars ($15) per day until the arrears are paid. XIII. Binding effect: This letter of intent will be considered non-binding. THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS LETTER OF INTENT WILL NOT BE IMPLEMENTED BY EITHER PARTY.
